Who you are contracting with
High Club is operated by HighClub Investments, Boulder, Colorado, USA. These terms are an agreement between you and HighClub Investments.
Membership
Access is by referral and requires administrator approval. There is no open registration.
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Credentials must not be shared.
The club may restrict or withdraw access at any time, at its discretion.
Age and legality
Access is restricted to adults as defined by the law applicable in your jurisdiction.
Products are supplied through legal channels in accordance with applicable local regulation.
Orders
An order placed on the site is a request, not a completed purchase: it is subject to confirmation and to actual stock availability.
The site takes no online payment. Payment and delivery are arranged directly with the team over WhatsApp.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and Mexican pesos (MXN) and may change without prior notice.
Use of the site
You may not attempt to reach restricted areas, automate orders, or resell access to the platform.
Catalogue content, including photographs and descriptions, belongs to the club or its suppliers.
